Barron Electric Cooperative aims to provide all families with affordable energy and will work with our members in need. The information below is to help our members when they need it most.
Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP)
WHEAP is a federal program designed to help households with their energy costs. Households may be eligible if their gross income for the last three months is less than the amount shown below.
